AS an INDEPENDENT democratic socialist what amazes me is how the so called " progressive " Democrats have taken on the McCarthy era John Birch Society Cold War mentality . They are now slobbering over the National Security State , the CIA , the FBI , the Pentagon War Machine . The LIBERALS make Trump look like George McGovern way back in 1972 .
