Going from cursing to fawning is a characteristic of a " gathering darkness " fascist political atmosphere. And then there are hypocritical complaints from Democrats like Rep. Elijah E. Cummings about THIS " imperial presidency " . Yes , what WE need is more " democracy " in setting foreign policy ! But what best fits U.S. IMPERIALISM ?
But other not so controllable forces beside U.S. imperialist intrigue are at work here : like the tremendous longing for the Korean people for unification of the two artificial nation states. Recall WEST Germany and EAST Germany for so many decades.
