What can Democrats do " special " for the working class Latinos ?

Some Democrats question Hillary's Hispanic strategy
What does any capitalist politician-like Hillary Clinton - have " special " to offer this vast Latino population ?
 What can they do for young working class Latinos that they can't or won't do for those white working class " deplorables " ? 

Identity politics - Hillary Clinton's stock in trade- is morally, intellectually, and politically bankrupt.
Never Hillary ! Never Trump !
