Is anthropologist Jonathan Marks " deconstructing " human evolution ?

I don't claim to know more than what I know about Ayn Rand and her " Life of Contempt ". I do note a hint of skepticism about " objective reality - " even in the matter of human evolution- can be associated with pro-capitalist , often pro-fascist politics.
I note that Einstein- who was skeptical about " quantum mysticism "- was a lucid supporter of social justice. Read his essay " Why Socialism ? ".
My inference about Professor Jonathan Marks may be a little " wild " but he is clearly flirting with New Age drivel- and DECONSTRUCTING science.
Did you ever read Lenin's book " Materialism and Empirio-Criticism ?
Tell me you are a socialist and I will concede being a little foolish and ignorant here.
