Unbelievable Earthquakes Caught on Camera [ is there a dark side to all the ENERGY of the universe ? ]

As a kid growing up in the 1950s I remember seeing a movie titled " Angry Red Planet " at the Palace Cinema in the Washington Park neighborhood of Providence , Rhode Island . Little did I know what a smoldering ANGRY BLUE GREEN planet was right under my feet. In New England though earthquakes are rare . I wonder if the sheer Blind ENERGY of the universe constitutes much of Providence Horror writer H.P. Lovecraft's " cosmic horror ". How lightening and fire terrified primitive man . And centuries into civilization that formidable Leyden Jar was a SHOCKING revelation of INVISIBLE FORCES . Later on it would be put to " civilized " use in the dreaded ELECTRIC CHAIR for the condemned prisoner . Then in 1945 scientific genius was playing with the ENERGY that powers our Sun- once worshipped understandably as a god . Does not awesome energy of that " Big Bang " reported by astronomers seem downright super-natural ? And all for and from NOTHING ? COSMIC HORROR indeed ! Still there is a user-friendly side to INVISIBLE FORCE . I recall how scary it was in the total darkness and electric power loss of the Great North Eastern Black Out of 1965 .
