The soul of Kennedy Plaza today [ the number of deranged, mentally disturbed people , homeless people that can be spotted in or around Kennedy Plaza in Providence, Rhode Island ! ]

. Right under the nose of Providence Mayor Smiley at Providence City Hall . They have eyes but do not SEE ! The once diligent Providence Journal - all this ugly horror is right under its nose.
