Why CVS Sucks Now...And Is Getting Worse TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE RULE EVERYWHERE in CORPORATE AMERICA !

One repeated experience at area CVS pharmacies : I purchase a bag full of assorted items . The counter person asks me if I " want a bag ?" . Not in a cranky mood , I nevertheless comment : " How can I not want a bag ? " . Would it not look like theft walking out of the store with all those purchased items under my arms ? Then the person at the counter asks me if I " want a receipt ? ". You would think that a receipt would be nothing less than a legal obligation - whether I want one or not . But TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE is the rule everywhere in capitalist Corporate America. Young employees are trained to be docile , customer UNFRIENDLY robots !
