As a longtime independent democratic socialist it is still obvious to me that more than a century after the 1917 Russian Revolution ( which in truth established the long, long dictatorship of Joseph Stalin not Marx's envisioned " dictatorship of the proletariat " or the " withering away of the state " ) the world is still divided into rival nation-state plutocracies, oligarchies, and " democracies " for the bourgeoisie only. Only the principle of SOCIALIST INTERNATIONALISM can halt insane preparations for nuclear World War III . For what ? Whatever is left of the so called " FREE WORLD " still finds inspiration in stale Wilsonian blather that was false more than a century ago. Inspiration for the FINAL holocaust ? And is not always belligerent Israeli ZIONISM , APARTHEID Israel, a mockery even of bourgeois democracy ? Is genocide in Gaza , Palestine any way to assure " Never Again ! " ?
