13 years before the outbreak of catastrophic war in Europe ( August 1914) we read here about official France slobbering over the visiting Czar of Russia.The Bolshevik Revolution in 1917 was bad news for the Czar.Lenin would have him and his whole family executed. As Trotsky explained this cold blooded act:":The Czar's family fell victim to dynastic succession".
