Supreme Court appears open to allowing cities to fine homeless people

It is simply morally atrocious and ridiculous to FINE homeless people- all victims of the daily cruelty of the American capitalist system. As a longtime independent democratic socialist I think that the homeless crisis in the United States ( which now includes numerous homeless migrants ) is on collision course with landlord-capitalist PRIVATE PROPERTY rights. But even many of the " recognized " homeless people advocates are careful not to mention THE SYSTEM in detailing the condition of homeless people. We hear about how many MILLIONS our state of Rhode Island , for example, has spent so generously on the homeless. Let these obtuse bureaucrats itemize the money spent . Have a list of the NAMES of all the known homeless people in the state. How much funding was EACH given to ameliorate the misery of being homeless in heartless capitalist USA ? They must be expert witnesses to official embezzlement if nothing else !
