Prosecutors accuse Trump of criminal conspiracy in opening statements

As a longtime independent democratic socialist I can only view the many legal trials of former president Donald Trump with a sardonic laugh. It more than confirms the MARXIST view of BOURGEOIS LAW in capitalist USA. Neither THE LAW nor the JUST JUDGES are above the squalor of partisan politics. There has been going on for some time now an ideological BRAWL ( at times physical as on that Jan. 6th " day of infamy " ) within the American plutocracy . There is a deep crisis of the capitalist TWO PARTY SYSTEM while in the bigger world the sun is setting on American imperialism and Israeli Zionism. Contrary to many souls on the Left , I see the greater threat of " It Can't Happen Here "Fascism coming from Joe Biden's WOKE WARRIOR Democratic Party. They have scorned the FREE SPEECH, FREE THOUGHT tradition of Western Civilization for decades now with their ideological reign of terror on working class ( non-college graduate ! ) CHRISTIANS . They are ironically like Stalinist Russia in wanting - so it seems - to make the state not neutral toward religion but implacably hostile toward it , to make it like the old Soviet Union " officially atheist ". And ZIONIST Israel has some ardent friends among the obnoxious New Atheists. Of course , they are closer to right wing philosopher Ayn Rand than to the Moses of the Old Testament. Not relying on Exodus ,Ayn Rand, a militant Zionist and author of " The Virtue of Selfishness " , just thought that the Palestinians were inferior to the Jewish settlers!
