Blighted downtown Providence... Nightmare Kennedy plaza

I am looking into the now vacated downtown Providence URI Extension Library which a few years ago I visited often. My good friend Dr. Bill taught higher math there for years. It is not easy for students to grasp the beauty of " the ghosts of departed quantities " in his classroom . But the vacated URI Extension Library is just a part of the squalor and blight around Kennedy Plaza. Kennedy Plaza bus terminal is RIPTA RIDER HOSTILE . We are lucky if the rest rooms are still open. Across the street an abandoned CVS store . No more cozy luncheons in the area. I took a video" short " of a woman with pigeons all over her . All this filth and squalor right under the nose of Providence Mayor Smiley in City Hall . Previously it was under the nose of Mayor Elorza. Whatever the fate of Kennedy Plaza , can't RIPTA show more respect for bus riders ?
