Lottery HIGH HOPES are now INSANE hopes !

A SANE democratic socialist government of the United States will immediately cancel ALL lottery winnings. Find an explanation for this in Karl's Marx's labor theory of value. The Frank Sinatra song "HIGH HOPES " helped get JFK elected in 1960. But lottery winning is getting ABSURD indeed. High hopes have become INSANE hopes !
