Nobody gets to be a high court judge in capitalist USA without being tested again and again for loyalty to capitalism , American imperialism , and yes, even to Israeli Zionism. So the criminal case against former president Donald Trump amounts to an internal dispute within the American ruling class. Often there is no love lost between competing capitalist swindlers. So they go fishing for the right bought and sold , pillar of capitalist Law & Order, bourgeois judge. It does seem that a legion of Democratic Party based shyster lawyers are presently ganging up on Trump. You can be sure that millionaire lawyers, and millionaire judges , and millionaire- billionaire Democratic and Republic politicians , never see the majestic courtrooms of THE LAW as ever freeing the working class from exploitation and oppression..
