A SOCIALIST USA would quickly put all the capitalist landlords in their place

Landlords Are Rejecting Prospective Tenants Due To Faulty Data, Report Finds

That is the fatal flaw of DNC inspired " identity politics " . Injury by race, ethnic group ,gender , gender identity, sexual orientation , is condemned ( and rightly so ) but injury by CLASS is not even recognized in the capitalist law courts.

As a Harvard Law School student a young Ralph Nader had a social conscience epiphany : he realized  at the time that there were no laws protecting tenants but many laws protecting - often cruelly - landlord property rights .

The first thing even a " Socialism Lite " government in the United States would do to secure the RIGHT TO LIFE of ALL working class people is put all the CAPITALIST LANDLORDS in their place. Their effete concept of eternal PROPERTY RIGHTS will get a rude refutation.

Just think about the persistent problem of homelessness in the United States : it would take an authoritarian government ( left or right ) to order the homeless - a collective public health hazard- off the street. Both a Left or a Right ( fascist ) authoritarian government must also tell the landlord class that sacrosanct private property rights are no more. In the matter of housing humanity they must end abruptly . Elsewhere private property rights can be phased out consistent with the rule of " democratic " socialism.

You can be sure that real " socialism " is NOT on the agenda of the neo-Democrat Party. But imperialist WAR is. Plenty of funding for an imminent war against wicked Iraq . Does the working class have any say in nuclear World War III ? Ask all 24 presidential candidates of the oh-so-" progressive " Democratic Party - as alike as so many brands of deodorant at CVS drugs stores.
