This military spending is never perceived in the ruling class owned mainstream news media as grotesque social insanity. Just defending OUR WAY OF LIFE, folks. Nope, nothing wrong here.
In Rhode Island today our neo-con Democrat governor Gina Raimondo - the pride of the " progressive ", politically active sex- is bragging about a huge new contract with Electric Boat . What more do blue collar workers need than yet another - catastrophe waiting to happen - nuclear submarine ?
Not every JOB is just a job in capitalist, imperialist America. Invest in the Death Culture ? Nice to have such patriotic unions !
How quickly the " progressive " Democrats have evolved into a neo-con war party worthy of Republican Barry Goldwater in 1964. Raimondo promises more pain for poor people on Medicaid and Medicare here in Rhode Island . More cutbacks for the mentally disabled.
