Terrorist Omar Mateen and the Tonkin Gulf Incident of the Vietnam Era
The FBI has a record of " baiting " such mentally disturbed potential terrorists and then " stinging " them-like would be child molesters. This guy, Omar Mateen ", fell through the cracks " of the FBI and Homeland Security for reasons, I suspect , familiar to those who questioned the Warren Commission Report on the Assassination of President Kennedy.
