I commend " socialist " Democrat Bernie Sanders for preaching " political revolution " in the arid fields of the Democratic Party. His campaign having been actively sabotaged by the neo-con Hillary clique, has no moral obligation whatsoever to endorse hawkish " Wall St. Hillary ".
You can't convert " political revolution " into a lethargic acceptance of the status quo. At best Bernie's campaign, focusing on unacceptable economic inequality in capitalist America, signifies a resurgence of the democratic Left not seen since the rise of the New Left in the mid 1960s.
As a critical supporter of Bernie Sanders I am now considering Jill Stein of the Green Party and I am also impressed -despite a tinge of sectarianism- with the Socialist Equality Party.
I also understand and respect the white working class supporters of Donald Trump. They too are looking for a way out of working class misery. We need a dialogue with them.
