After a very unpleasant experience in the public Internet room of the Providence Public Library on the morning of December 1st, and observing that the library staff pretends to be oblivious here, on noticing sickly looking coughers who belong in Rhode Island Hospital Emergency Room, I had this inspiration: leave a box of relatively inexpensive CVS facial masks on the staff desk which is usually vacant in that room with a note: " Coughers, please take a mask while at a computer station here ".Am I being insensitive and politically incorrect - probably violating the dignity of homeless people or stupid ex jail birds?
