Many working class people, even seemingly "successful "middle class professionals ,are unhappy or disillusioned with THE JOB and THE CAREER.I have shared a number posts written by burnt out teachers, nurses , lawyers, dentists, police officers, even pharmacists. As for horrendous super exploiting blue collar jobs like migrant farm workers., coal miners, nursing home workers, Amazon slaves not much has changed in OUR democracy since American socialist writer Upton Sinclair wrote " The Jungle" at the turn of the century. SOCIALISM was in the air back then.But vampire like American capitalism survives by sucking the LIFE, body and soul, out 80 percent of the population.And there is no virtue and innocence anywhere that capitalism won't corrupt.
