Inspired from youth by Albert Camus' sense of the Absurd, I try to be a voice for REASON in the growing darkness and moral insanity of global capitalism .

ECHO Village to open
From the point of view of democratic socialists it is foolish for any " progressive " political movement to divide the desperate working class from the super-desperate homeless and not always un-employed working class. In the matter of marked social inequality " OUR democracy " has made little progress since American socialist author Upton Sinclair wrote " The Jungle " way back at the turn of the 20th century. Another famous writer Jack London praised " The Jungle " as the equivalent of the " Uncle Tom's Cabin " of capitalist wage slavery.
Clearly, the homeless crisis in " OUR democracy " is on collision course with landlord-capitalist PRIVATE PROPERTY rights. You can be sure that the mainstream news media will never dare mention this .
