On a very cold windy day in downtown Providence.Giving me his name,Ramon huddled in a store front near the corner of Empire St. and Fountain St. told me he had no place to go.Offering him five dollars ,I asked him if he would mind if I took a photo of him for my blog.No, he said. It is appalling how little this liberal Democrat Blue State of Rhode Island does for the chronically homeless."Good luck" ,I wished him saying that he could die from the cold on a cruel winter night here
