" Migrant Beggar Slavery " in Providence , Rhode Island ?

A CASE OF MIGRANT " BEGGAR SLAVERY " in downtown Providence ? With some room for doubt I would still bring this video to the attention of the Providence Police and the local FBI. Not seen in my video is the obnoxious other woman who practically growled at me for the phone camera interview with her " friend ". The " friend " had called at me for attention. And she kept mum why this white woman lectured me to " mind my own business ". Is that what homeless beggars expect ? Very fishy ! [ Let me say that the City of Providence should add a PRO-ACTIVE SOCIAL WORKER team to investigate the real circumstances of these street beggars. In nearby Providence City Hall there are too many EYES THAT DO NOT SEE !]
