Kennedy Plaza often reminds me of Jack London's novel " People of the Abyss "
Around the bus stops Kennedy Plaza , Providence , Rhode Island offers depressing sights of poor drunken, dope addicted, mentally and physically SICK persons right out of the Jack London novel " People of the Abyss ". If you follow a trail of discarded cigarette butts you might soon pass the CIGARETTE BUTT monument !
