How many people in the world today can COLLECT on the collective misery of their ancestors ?

As a longtime independent democratic socialist I think deranged rhetoric directed at the historical figure of Christopher Columbus every Columbus Day -more and more assuming cracked anti-Italian tone - reflects the insane WOKE ideology of the inner core of the Democratic Party. All it can do is divide the American working class on the basis of race and ethnicity and do nothing for the WORKING CLASS soul of the country. A SCIENTIFIC view of HISTORY does not over-vilify outstanding INDIVIDUALS on the world stage. And there is nothing more brainless than hysterical attacks on public statues of the long dead. What is the root of EVIL in our day and age ? Very few " liberal " Democrats ever mention the history of American imperialism and the present extreme crisis of the capitalist system. How many people in the world today could COLLECT on the collective misery of their ancestors ?
