RIPTA MANAGEMENT - the fish rots from the head down

I have observed the incompetence and the negligence of the RIPTA top management for years now. As they say the fish rots from the head down. Whenever ( and often ) I stand waiting for a bus in Kennedy Plaza I ask : Don't these officials have enough respect for their riders to clean up a mountain of filthy cigarette butts accumulating in the square ? Frequently a " NO DATA " flashes on the electronic schedule board at a smashed glass shelter. " NO SMOKING " is never enforced. Corruption in Rhode Island is centered now in a WOKE-STALINIST Democratic Party. If Republicans have victories this November, blame the Democrats for being completely out of touch with ordinary people in Rhode Island.
