Inspired Armenian holocaust artist Arshile Gorky settled in Providence , Rhode Island
Inspired art in the cause of justice and Humanity. Gorky's mother died of starvation in his arms . Having escaped the Turkish military draft , his father in 1908 settled in Providence Rhode Island.
