That was a recent Fox News headline. Good biblical advice here : " Do not follow a crowd to do evil ! " Perhaps : " Do not follow a crowd to do good ! " .
Election 2020 -more so than Election 2016- shows the bankruptcy of the American Two Party System . The Democratic Party and the Republican Party simply cannot contain the social-economic conflicts inherent in the capitalist system.
Oddly enough, all those imagined " socialists ' in the Democratic Party ( Bernie Sanders,for example ) offer no deep structural criticism - as do orthodox Marxists - of everyday exploitation and oppression -of all races and ethnic groups - and both sexes - under capitalism . And these imagined " socialists " in the Democratic Party are perversely promoting militarism and a HATE RUSSIA New McCarthyism . While Trump and the Republicans are promoting a new " Yellow Peril " . Forget about this Corona Virus pandemic . Try surviving nuclear war or enduring for long " The Day After " .
If History teaches anything ,it teaches that a capitalist nation state will start a bloody war when internal CLASS conflict reaches a boiling point.
How soon can a mass Labor Party be established in the United States ? Only that - not any totalitarian minded socialist vanguard party - can preserve CIVILIZATION in the USA and defend social justice for everybody .
