Right wing " Red Eye Radio " has been foaming at the mouth for the last two years about " creeping socialism " in some generic " Left "centered for some strange reason in the Democratic Party .
All the " socialists " disguised as " liberals " were dangerous snakes in the grass but the talk show blowhards did find something in old " socialist " Bernie Sanders to like .Like what ? The fact that he never sounds like a serious enemy of American capitalism or militarism or a vocal foe of any precious allies of American imperialism - like barbaric Saudi Arabia or Zionist Apartheid Israel ?
What helps the ruling class war propaganda effort is that they have nurtured in the past 50 years the most docile " intellectual class " in human history . These public intellectuals sound as if they all belonged to some exclusive Yale or Harvard club - for the FUTURE ELITE only.
Humanism is dead in the American upper class. Now they wallow in the superstition of moribund privilege. Back in 1929 their grandparents were consulting astrologers for stock market tips . One Evangeline Adams told them :
GO FOR THE GOLD !
Contrary to the patriotic slogan they don't trust God to save their rotten system. The POLICE STATE is more reliable .
