I am sure the Catholic Church also tries to ease human suffering here. Funny you never hear about " New Atheists " organizing a major charity. But if there is any hope for these people ,it is with UNITY of nation states. It is naive to idealize desperate masses - as if they were a Norman Rockwell scene. Just what do " liberal " Democrats recommend right now ? Shout " Westward Ho ! " to the Caravan ?
