All these countries in a holy alliance against " Evil Russia " are , of course, paragons of democracy and HAPPY LIVING for the working class ?
Any young person who wants to SERVE MY COUNTRY for false IDEALISTIC reasons is a young fool. How can you connect bloody capitalism - with its " Virtue of Selfishness " - with devotion to something " greater than SELF " ?
I suspect that there are also no Ayn Rand disciples in foxholes. They leave the dirty work to working class suckers. And THEY will greet the combat wrecks returning home with that banality of evil remark : " Thank You For Your Service " .
Anti-war veterans of the Iraq war have already written protest books : " If they only knew " - these thankers for your service . We socialists thank the anti-war vets for telling the whole, horrible TRUTH .
