I listened to Trump's bombastic speech reeking of sanctimonious-oh so ALL AMERICAN- imperialist arrogance. WE ( the US ruling class ) are just oh so exceptional. So peace loving and profoundly democratic that the whole world should kiss our ***.
The people of the world - oppressed above all by US imperialism -know the truth about their own lives made wretched by endless war , New Colonialist war, led by the United States.
Only the US military has actually used atomic bombs against another country - a huge war crime against the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The vilification of North Korea and Iran is amazing hypocrisy. Only WE are moral enough to possess weapons of mass destruction ( and WE used chemical warfare in Vietnam . Bertrand Russell raised this issue in his International War Crimes Tribunal ) .
The war in Vietnam was a criminal war. The invasion and occupation of Iraq was a war crime. The CIA overthrow of numerous popular governments is judged criminal by many sitting in that courtroom of world opinion - where President Donald Trump speaks today, the United Nations.
This same body declared Zionism a form of racism . The " liberal " Democrats have no quarrel with Apartheid Israel and today will make no connection between the belligerence of the Trump Junta and character of Adolph Hitler .
But the whole world is watching ! There is NO working class support for our plutocracy's wars. No working class support here for nuclear World War III.
In the past war was frequently the mother of revolution. This year marks the 100th anniversary of the Russian Revolution of 1917. Think about it !
