Does a country like modern China tell millions of low skilled working class people to drop dead ? I think the present is an ideal time to revive UTOPIAN thinking.
The whole purpose of science and technology was to make life more civilized for humanity-not more miserable.
Even in the conformist 1950s in America I recall reading Science Digest articles titled : " What will we do with all our leisure time in 2000 ? "
What will we do with our lives ?
