John Sommer of East Greenwich-attacker of homeless woman in van

John Sommer Independent candidate for school committee   I have been wondering for a long time how many homeless people are living in motor vehicles in Rhode Island. They are very vulnerable to RAGE attacks. In fairness to John Sommer , a former  member of the East Greenwich School Committee, I think he has a serious alcohol problem. I studied his presentation as a candidate for the East Greenwich School Committee and he seemed the normal type for that job - very enthusiastic about computers being available to ALL students at East Greenwich High.
Then Sommer sounded a little daffy saying that all day kindergarten is one step but " technology goes through all 13 steps".
A 13th step is also defined at an alcohol recovery web site.
 [  "  All  day kindergarten is necessary, don’t get me wrong,” he said. “But kindergarten is step one, technology goes through all 13 steps. I don’t want anyone with or without all day kindergarten getting to the high school and finding four working computers.”]
