            There are many wise books on library shelves on how to deal with mental depression - which luckily I never experienced . I recall William Styron's classic " Darkness Visible " and the more famous " Man's Search for Meaning " and " The Doctor and the Soul " by Nazi concentration camp survivor Dr. Viktor Frankl . Frankl thought that life IN ANY SITUATION could always have a very personal -if not absolute - meaning . Even after the Holocaust " survivor " individuals could believe in a good God.

      I don't think mental depression is purely bio-chemical " happening " in the brain as unpredictable as a traffic accident. " The TIMES " contribute to mental depression in young people. OUR Times invite unhealthy self-absorption itself an addiction fed by the Hollywood Culture of Narcissism .

As a young man JFK was too interested in the tumultuous events of the late 1930s with the world on the brink of war to sink into a dark and hopeless depression. The young future president was doing research for his book " Why England Slept ".

                 Life in ANY society will always be a bitter struggle for existence . That CONSCIOUS struggle is in itself a remedy for " Darkness Visible " mental depression.

         Winston Churchill recovered rather completely from mental depression.

What is behind this giving out of my address ? You must have checked me out as a REGISTERED Democrat in Cranston , Rhode Island. As I have no use for sectarian " vanguard Marxist " third parties led by cult leaders like David North of the Socialist Equality Party or old Jack Barnes of the decadent - once great - Socialist Workers Party - I keep my political address in the left-wing of the Democratic Party ( with no hope of reforming it ) .

            I now think that the SOCIALISM as a great idea can be kept alive only as quasi-religious movement . Remember how early " socialist " Christianity started out in the jaws of Nero's Rome ?
But as for my location in Knightsville - a very Italo-Catholic neighborhood with strong FAMILY values- can WE expect a visit soon at 75 Mathewson St from the infamous " Jewish Defense League " - for years known on the Left as a fascist thug organization ?

I would defend ANY president of the United States - or even any incorrigible American plutocrat - against smears and THE BIG LIE . I defend President Donald Trump against a smear campaign set into motion by bitter Democrats and THEIR mainstream news media. As a democratic socialist I did NOT vote for Donald Trump . And I am alarmed by the HATE RUSSIA , New McCarthyism promoted by the leaders and lackeys of the neo-liberal Democratic Party.

                  The prominent Zionist Jews in the Democratic Party should be careful about connecting Republican Trump with " white supremacy " . Zionist Israel has an affinity with Apartheid South Africa and its white settler class. Netanyahu used racism against the Palestinians to get re-elected. Ironically it is Donald Trump - not Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama - who is wildly popular in Israel. " Hitler Trump " ?

    I am sure that Radical Ron could endear himself to " friend of Israel " Trump by saying that Iran and North Korea have as much right to a nuclear arsenal as Zionist Apartheid Israel.
