I have a friend living in Arlington , Mass. who insists the whole town is infested with rodents , mice , rats . He lives in an Arlington Public Housing Complex and says that his building and his particular apartment is plagued with mice. With numerous health problems, friend Dave fears the Hanta-virus. He says that the public health department and the Arlington Housing Authority is negligent here ( Dave says that they even tolerate dogs urinating and defecating in elevators . Dave is a senior citizen , 78 years old. Can I at least get the whole truth here ?
