Funny the power of mental association. There is a haunted looking ,abandoned old bank (?) building around the corner on Park Ave. across from Antonio's s Italian restaurant. Engraved at the blighted entrance pavement just under a cracked window: year " 1955"! I paused a while back as " 1955," a year after you and Rita were born, formed Proustian memories in my head. Our first full year on California Ave in Washington Park Cranston. It was at least a relatively idyllic time, Steve.

Ron— it could very well have caused a spike in your views. That old editorial reads like a Norman Rockwell painting!“Gone With the Wind” for sure!—Steve
