Shady priest monument at the entrance to the legendary Federal Hill neighborhood in Providence Rhode Island does seem a sardonic phallic symbol!

Ron,
I have to believe that the sculptor who created this obvious (to me) phallic symbol supporting the bust of Monsignor Cavalarro, wasn't conscious of what he was doing. Or, maybe I'm the sinner here, projecting with a filthy mind? If so, mea culpa!
