A section of the Left is determined to focus its political wrath on so-called " Christian Nationalism ", the fascist minded political ideology of a marginal voting group which from the beginning has been sponsored by belligerent , secular ZIONIST Jews. Most CHRISTIAN Americans are not CHRISTIAN Zionists and certainly not " Christian Nationalists " . Catholicism ,almost by definition , would shun all forms of " nationalism " ( the exception in the USA being a few higher up clergy with a sycophantic attachment to the capitalist ruling class ) . The FASCIST-ZIONIST New Regime of Donald Trump and Stephen Miller tries to camouflage its " Greater Israel " agenda ( even in Ukraine ) with a fake aura of " Christian Nationalism " . This makes the secular ZIONIST Jews entrenched in the WOKE WARRIOR Democratic Party quite nervous . After all. what if " Christian Nationalism " develops an agenda of its own not correlated with the agenda of the world proclaimed war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu in APARTHEID Israel ? So THEY also sponsor the New Atheist Cult New Hate group which daily mocks Christianity and belief in God in general while also being decidedly Islamophobic and contemptuous of organized religion in general. Also ,the New Atheist Cult avoids criticism of capitalism , American imperialism , and Israeli Zionism ( in the manner of their arch-idol Christopher Hitchens , author of " God Is Not Great - how religion poisons everything ) . Democratic Senator Chuck Schumer said a while back that HE wants to be " guardian angel " of Israel ( a U.S. senator ! ) . And phony " socialist " Democrat Bernie Sanders conveniently forgets the ABCs of the socialist movement of the last 100 years which found Israeli Zionism incompatible with the principle of " socialist internationalism " . The WOKE WARRIOR Democratic Party for decades now has promoted an ideological reign of terror on working class and lower middle class Catholics and " RIGHT TO LIFE " Christians of various denominations. Something hateful about them , these RIGHT TO LIFE people ? No surprise that sincere Catholics and Protestants became so completely estranged from the Democratic Party that they found MAGA Republic Trump to be a more supportive " lesser evil ".
