I am presently at a computer station at the Providence Public Library , December , 13, 2025 ( 1:56 PM ) There is a disgraceful ,for a PUBLIC LIBRARY, lack of supervision. A guy behind me has been blasting vulgar rap music ( so popular with young Blacks ) for nearly a half hour now with nobody even suggesting that QUIET is the preferred norm in any library.
