Iowa Republicans block Satanic holiday display in State Capitol AGAIN [ Separation of Church and State should not mean hostility between State and Church ]

As a longtime independent democratic socialist and a pre-Vatican II type Catholic I myself have observed for decades now a very STALINIST impulse on the pseudo-Left , and in the WOKE WARRIOR Democratic Party, never to miss an opportunity to mock , smear , and ridicule Christianity and Christians , indeed religion in general . So- called Marxist vanguard parties also fall in line here: as if God hatred can inspire the masses ? Ironically I am banned ( forever ? ) from the World Socialist Web Site , managed by David North and his Socialist Equality Party, after one of their " Clears " ( as in the Church of Scientology ) fingered me as their " resident Catholic , fascist , anti-Semite " ( 22,000 posts on my blog might suggest otherwise ) . I was reminded of this recently when I tried to publish an approving comment of a WSWS editorial demanding an end to censorship of the Left. The French HUMANIST atheist Albert Camus warned long ago that " In fighting our enemies we must not come to resemble them " . Separation of Church and State in " OUR democracy " should not mean hostility between State and Church . And common decency and RESPECT should not have to be legislated . Reply
