Decaying capitalism produces millions of mentally disturbed, alienated individuals.The deinstitutionalizing of the mentally ill in the early 1960s made these problems - including mass homelessness in" OUR democracy"- worse.Karl Marx said way back in the 19th century that capitalism would create its own gravediggers but this was not what he meant.
