Where was I at the record hottest day? Was not that the year of the pathetic Fall of Saigon? I was attending Community College of Rhode Island at their Warwick campus ( its architecture described by David Brussat at the Providence Journal as the " brutalism" style.) I did make the Dean's List and joked about it with friend Ron Marshall.
