At the bus stop near Garden City I observe this very dusturbed man talking incoherently to himself and sniffing on what looks like a cigarette lighter. In Rhode Island now " crazy " people talking to themselves are seen all over. I am presently at computer station 11 at the Cranston Public Library . The man across from me at 13 is making baboon like sounds and wearing a New York Yankees cap. It does seem that public libraries in Rhode Island have become dumping grounds for the mentally disturbed. The time here is 11:11 AM, 4/14/2025 .
