SOCIALISM would cancel all state lottery winnings !
Needless to say a democratic socialist government of the United States would immediately cancel all state lottery winnings. Karl Marx explained long ago that ALL capitalist wealth is ultimately based on the systematic exploitation and oppression of the working class.
Even a basic law of physics says: " YOU CAN'T GET SOMETHING FOR NOTHING " ( the principle of CONSERVATION OF ENERGY ).
