This is a very sloppy , incompetent trash removal company . It looks like Republic Services once again failed to pick up the trash at Randal Manor in Cranston, Rhode Island ( November 13, 2021 ) . You would think that the PUBLC HEALTH DEPT. by now would be o their case.
