There is some excellent moral philosophy and even profound Christian metaphysics in the pre-Vatican II " Baltimore Catechism " . But it could add this : " GET ALONG WITH THY NEIGHBOR " ( If he or she is less than loveable ) . And " MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS " apart from people being in some immediate danger ". Also " Do NOT follow a crowd to do evil " . And " It is often wiser NOT to follow a crowd to do good ".
