What ITRI Park in Cranston needs? Walking though here on this hot early June 2nd day , I thought this place could use a lot more SHADE !
Why did the designers of the ballyhooed new ITRI PARK in Cranston ,Rhode Island not think that visitors (note the empty chess player tables ! ) here might appreciate a lot more shade ?
