My generation of hot house Tumultuous Sixties socialist activists and supporters is passing away. What can boost the confidence of the remainder after a century of black reaction? Confidence in the SOCIALIST future of humanity as the young Marxist revolutionary Leon Trotsky imagined it in the early SCIENCE HUBRIS years of the 20th century? I believe the hubris of SCIENCE was no little factor in the First World War.
