My sister, who was involved for years in the local Legion of Mary in Cranston, Rhode Island , filled me in this morning on the outrageous persecution of the Catholic Church in China. No wonder " communist " evangelism has actually turned off the masses for more than a century now . The biggest mistake of the old Soviet Union was not " socialism " ( which is approached by Catholic social philosophy ) . It was turning itself into an " officially atheist " dreary tyranny. The militant " communist " atheists in Stalin's Russia and Mao's China did not want the " miracle of Fatima " to compete with arid " dialectical materialism ". They have disciples today, if not in " communism ", then in the militant atheism of New Atheist Cult , New Hate group .These evangelists of the Church of Ayn Rand preach that belief in God and organized religion are the roots of all evil and madness in the world today. So says THEIR " logic " and " reason " !
